Job Title : Digital Marketing Lead (5+ Years Experience)

Overview:

We’re seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Lead with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

In this role, you lead the digital marketing team in developing strategies and executing and managing campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and promising results. This role requires creative thinking and leadership abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver top-notch results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about inbound and outbound marketing and able to mentor team members to achieve their full potential.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in creating organic and Paid strategies for SEO and Social media projects.
  • Experience in SEO Onpage & off-page activities, including guest posts, email outreach etc.,
  • Experience managing all major social media channels [META, Linkedin, Youtube, Pinterest, X]
  • Knowledge and proficiency in analytics and automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heatmaps, Semrush, Ahref)
  • Proven track record in programmatic campaign planning and execution on all major social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, challenges, and opportunities, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience working with WordPress
  • Experience working within a small business setting.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least one year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of executing successful campaigns in a fast-paced team environment with set deadlines and defined success metrics.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of digital marketers.
  • Strong portfolio of successful campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage a digital marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management to ensure the team delivers high-quality results across various platforms.
  • Encourage and provide opportunities for professional development, supporting the team in meeting objectives.
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs and monitor progress regularly.
  • Provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support team members’ professional development.
  • Facilitate collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • Set marketing benchmarks and establish KPIs for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate goals, initiatives, and results of marketing campaigns internally and cross-divisionally.
  • Daily monitoring of the team based on the set targets
Project Management and Execution:
  • Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy to achieve clients’ marketing goals.
  • Manage and optimize clients’ SEO, SEM, and social media projects for maximum impact, including campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and paid campaign optimization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and Social media strategies tailored to B2C and B2B clients across digital channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet short- and long-term deadlines.
  • Take initiative and dive into data to identify performance issues or opportunities.
  • Ensure resources are allocated to the most impactful initiatives and adjust strategies across the team as necessary to ensure optimal resource use.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to optimize digital efforts.
  • Prepare and present MIS reports (weekly, monthly, on-demand) for all projects.
  • Foster client relationships, understanding their needs and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Monitor key parameters of the website (Caching, Crawling, Broken Links, etc)
  • Take responsibility for the creative philosophy and output standard across the department.
  • Able to effectively articulate marketing campaigns, results, and project updates across multiple teams and stakeholders.
