Job Description

As a Social Media Manager, you will be crucial in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete Social Media Management for allotted brands. Ranging from strategy, plans, execution, and monitoring the results
  • Strategies for different industry segments like Hospitality, Fashion, Restaurant, IT, Education, and more.
  • Measure and monitor social activity. Find out what works, tweak, and improve communications, tactics, and campaigns.
  • Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing.
  • Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy.
  • Monitor, respond and engage with the community daily and provide customer service wherever necessary.
  • Interact with designers, copywriters, and content writers to develop the best content for clients.
  • Conduct timely competitor analysis for all brands to ensure they are updated with trends.
  • Initiate and set up meetings with clients regularly to keep them updated.
  • Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar.
  • Meet deadlines and report to senior managers and clients as and when required.
  • Accept new challenges and learn quickly in a competitive environment.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social media marketing.
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven social media experience in an agency.
  • Must have a go-getter attitude and be aware of various social media trends.
  • Should be extremely creative with a passion for exploring new ideas and innovative social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
  • Familiarity with SMM tools that drive social traffic.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
