As a Social Media Manager, you will be crucial in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:
- Complete Social Media Management for allotted brands. Ranging from strategy, plans, execution, and monitoring the results
- Strategies for different industry segments like Hospitality, Fashion, Restaurant, IT, Education, and more.
- Measure and monitor social activity. Find out what works, tweak, and improve communications, tactics, and campaigns.
- Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing.
- Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy.
- Monitor, respond and engage with the community daily and provide customer service wherever necessary.
- Interact with designers, copywriters, and content writers to develop the best content for clients.
- Conduct timely competitor analysis for all brands to ensure they are updated with trends.
- Initiate and set up meetings with clients regularly to keep them updated.
- Quality control to ensure accuracy and a high creative bar.
- Meet deadlines and report to senior managers and clients as and when required.
- Accept new challenges and learn quickly in a competitive environment.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in social media marketing.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven social media experience in an agency.
- Must have a go-getter attitude and be aware of various social media trends.
- Should be extremely creative with a passion for exploring new ideas and innovative social media strategies.
- Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
- Familiarity with SMM tools that drive social traffic.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
