- We're looking for a passionate Senior MERN Stack Developer who can independently build scalable web applications from scratch, maintain coding standards, and contribute to the development of enterprise-grade products.
Role Overview
- As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will own the complete application development lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and architecture to deployment, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
- You will work as an Individual Contributor (IC) while collaborating closely with Business Analysts, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and Project Managers to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Build applications from scratch to production deployment.
- Write clean, modular, reusable, and maintainable code.
- Design scalable backend architecture.
- Develop REST APIs and API integrations.
- Build secure authentication and authorization systems.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security.
Technical Skills Required
- Frontend - React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Backend - Node.js, Express.js
- Database - SQL and PostgreSQL (Mandatory)
- Version Control - Git, GitHub
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the MERN Stack.
- Strong PostgreSQL expertise.
- Experience developing enterprise web applications.
- Experience deploying production applications.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Portfolio or GitHub showcasing real-world applications.
